Your Mission
Bring our platform to market. Find and close new business and expand ComChamp’s footprint in the Dutch market by demonstrating the tremendous power and value of our platform to prospective clients and signing them up.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify leads (mix of outbound & marketing‑sourced inbound)
- Run discovery calls and tailored demos that map our platform to customer needs
- Draft proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts
- Handover closed‑won accounts to Customer Success and alert them to upsell signals
- Keep forecasts and activities up‑to‑date in ComChamp CRM every day
What You Bring
- 2–5 years hitting quota in B2B SaaS sales (NL market)
- Ability to master complex platforms quickly (CRM, CPaaS, marketing automation)
- Native/near‑native Dutch and strong English
- Startup mindset: proactive, self‑directed, data‑driven
What Success Looks Like (first 12 months)
- €600 k in new annual recurring revenue (ARR) booked
- Pipeline at least 3× quota at all times
- Average sales cycle ≤ 60 days
- CRM next‑step & probability fields always current
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: €3,750–€4,500 gross/month
- Performance bonus: Uncapped commission on new revenue
- On-target earnings (OTE): €85,000–€95,000/year
- Equity kicker: Stock appreciation rights available after key milestone
- Contract: 1‑month trial → rolling 12‑month contract
- Long term: The sky is the limit
- Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Heemstede HQ, 2-3 days remote)
