Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will lead the technical delivery of complex automation projects from concept to implementation, coordinating between customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders. You’ll translate needs into architectures, work packages, and plans, while guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality and alignment with standards. You will engage with clients to shape solutions and manage risks across the project lifecycle. This role offers variety across projects and a direct impact on delivering tailored automation improvements.

- Lead technical delivery from concept to implementation on complex customer projects
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and objectives
- Develop solution concepts and system architectures to meet goals
- Translate requirements into technical specs, work packages, budgets, and timelines
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Coordinate with Project Managers for execution and stakeholder alignment
- Support customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions
- Identify technical risks and devise pragmatic mitigations
- Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements, standards, and quality
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role
- Experience delivering complex technical projects with multiple engineering disciplines
- Ability to understand complete systems rather than single technologies
- Proven ability to gather requirements, define solutions, and lead technical discussions with customers
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and managing technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
- Highly organized with strong documentation, planning, and problem-solving abilities
