In Eindhoven, we are looking for a Senior Cabinets Assembler (Senior Technical Assembly Specialist) to take full ownership of our highly complex products and machines.
In this crucial role, you will act as a key technical expert on the shop floor. You will not only assemble advanced systems but also troubleshoot, optimize processes, and support the introduction of new products in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.

What you will do
As a senior specialist, you are the go-to person for technical challenges. In a nutshell, you will:
- Assemble and integrate highly complex products, subsystems, and machines from start to finish.
- Perform advanced testing, validation, and inspection activities to guarantee top-tier quality.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, including conducting deep root-cause analyses.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and smoothly guide engineering changes into the manufacturing process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, 5S, and ESD standards.
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding and sharing your valuable knowledge with your colleagues on the floor.
Who you are
We are looking for an independent technical problem-solver who takes true ownership of their work. Furthermore, you bring:
- An MBO Level 3 or 4 technical education, or at least 2 years of relevant practical experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
- A strong, proven background in system integration, machine building, or advanced assembly.
- Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality standards and process improvement methodologies.
- The willingness to work in a weekly 2-shift schedule (Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15 / Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00, with an early weekend start on Fridays at 20:30).
- Good communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in our international team.
