Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and execute breakthrough IT software & cloud category strategies, programs, and policies to drive transformation
- Set procurement goals aligned with market dynamics and stakeholder needs
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for capabilities, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, delivery, and quality
- Manage category funnel measures (QxP) with supplier account managers and project teams
- Optimize the supply base to enhance supplier-driven innovation
- Plan negotiation roadmaps and manage supplier relationships and contracting targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to program-manage supply base changes via funnel and Source2Contract RFx events
- Ensure compliant supplier selection, contracting, and risk management across all category suppliers
- Drive Design for Excellence (DFX) to improve category performance and operational efficiency
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 10+ years of procurement IT category experience in large, international organizations
- Proven track record in creating and delivering category strategies for large global spend
- Deep software and cloud procurement/category expertise
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of savings and managing strategic supplier relationships
- Experience influencing senior Enterprise IT and CIO-level stakeholders
- Ability to act as a de facto leader of a 10+ person virtual team without formal authority
- Positive, resilient mindset capable of thriving in a complex, rapidly changing environment
