As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of the company’s expanding German customer base. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the ordering process. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a keen eye for detail. Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Process customer orders and manage their accounts. Review customer designs and orders for quality, including spelling and grammar checks. Occasionally collaborate with the Dutch team, providing support as needed. Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to team projects. Utilize various software systems, including CRM and ticketing platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly communicative and empathetic individual with a passion for customer service. You excel at problem-solving, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and possess excellent attention to detail. Strong language skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Speak German C2 and Dutch B2 (spoken and written) Experience with customer support (preferred) Proficiency with various software systems One-year contract with the possibility of extension.
