What you can help us with
At Dundle, smart decision-making starts with data. As a Data Specialist within the Finance Team, you’ll be the vital link between raw data, strategic analysis, and operational choices. You’ll work closely with finance, the data team, and commercial stakeholders to make performance transparent — and improve it!
A selection of your daily activities
Building and maintaining dashboards and reports — e.g. on sales performance per country/brand/category, product and payment method margins, conversions, fraud, etc.
Collecting and structuring data from systems such as payment service providers, Exact Globe, Dundle.com, and suppliers.
Delivering analysis for budgets and forecasts — insights the commercial team and CFO can really act on.
Spotting trends and risks, and turning them into concrete improvement proposals (e.g. pricing strategy, inventory management, margin optimization).
Automating and optimizing processes — we love smart solutions.
Supporting finance with annual audits, monthly and quarterly reporting, and compliance.

What you bring to the table
We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, but also understands that data only creates value when it drives change and action.
You bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or BI role, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS.
Proficiency with BI tools (such as Power BI) and Excel — building data models or DAX formulas doesn’t scare you.
Understanding of basic financial concepts like P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
Solid communication skills: you can translate (complex) insights into clear stories. Even for non-financial colleagues.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience in e-commerce or digital products (especially internationally).
Are familiar with payment service providers and currency conversions.
Know your way around our current tools: Exact Globe, Power BI, Databricks, and Excel.
Have skills in SQL, Python, or another programming language — not a must, but a big plus in our growing data ecosystem.
