In this role you will perform accredited calibrations across various test and measurement products, maintain standard lab equipment, and drive uncertainty budget improvements. You will audit processes, provide training, and support the QMS, ensuring high-quality service from our Eindhoven lab that serves the EMEA region. You will collaborate with a diverse, growing team to meet a 5-day target for repairs and calibrations and contribute to customer satisfaction. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Standards reference management
- Assist verification of primary standards, DC/frequency software, and environmental conditions
- Support high-accuracy calibrations and interlaboratory comparisons (ILCs)
- Assist audits and audits-related activities
- Provide technical support as needed
- Support validation of procedures
- Train technicians on Metcal procedures
- Support the technical part of the QMS
Belangrijkste vereisten
- <li 4 years experience as deputy lab manager or in metrology work
- Mid to high level degree in electronics or equivalent
- Good communication skills
