Overview
As a Platform Engineer on the core infrastructure team, you design, build, and maintain the foundational cloud platform powering our apps and services. You will ensure reliability, scalability, and security across Azure and AWS, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized workloads. You’ll drive automation, IaC, and CI/CD to enable fast, safe feature shipping, while collaborating with development teams and customers. This is a hands-on role with on-call responsibility and a strong emphasis on self-service, performance, and security.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS
- Develop, operate, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for high availability
- Use Docker for containerization across the development lifecycle
- Provision and manage cloud resources with Terraform and CUE (IaC)
- Create automation scripts and tooling to improve platform efficiency
- Monitor health, performance, and cost with observability tools
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Troubleshoot platform issues across cloud resources and applications
- Collaborate with software teams and customers to deliver a robust, self-service platform
- Ensure security best practices across the platform
- Document infrastructure design and operational procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Proven Platform/DevOps/SRE experience
- Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS)
- Deep Kubernetes expertise (clusters, networking, deployments, security)
- Proficiency with Docker
- Strong experience with Terraform (IaC)
- Interest in or experience with CUE
- Go scripting/automation skills
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling
- Experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Load Balancing)
- Linux and shell scripting knowledge
