pPosition Overview: /ppThe Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, driving performance through accurate reporting, and supporting business decision-making with financial insights. You will lead local finance functions while collaborating with international teams, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and compliance. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliOversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and internal controls /liliPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international standards (IFRS) /liliLead budgeting and forecasting processes across business units /liliPerform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management /liliEnsure compliance with Dutch tax laws and international regulations /liliManage external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions /liliCollaborate with other departments (operations, HR, supply chain, etc.) to support strategic and financial planning /liliOptimize financial processes and contribute to system improvements (e.g. ERP, reporting tools) /li /ulpQualifications: /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields /lili5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling, preferably in an international B2B environment /liliExperience of team management up to 10 people /liliSolid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; CPA/RA/ACCA qualification is a plus /liliStrong command of English; Dutch language skills are an asset /liliProficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Exact) and Excel-based financial modeling /liliAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights /liliStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions and countries /li /ul
