Overview
In this role you lead the construction, installation and commissioning of a highly complex semiconductor facility. You oversee schedule, cost, quality and HSE outcomes on site and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. You will ensure compliance with building, safety and contract standards while reporting to stakeholders and the client on site. The position is international, with on-site work across Europe and a focus on driving safe, efficient project execution. This is a chance to shape a high-tech EPCM project within a global team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee construction management for execution and commissioning of a complex semiconductor facility
- Own schedule, cost, quality and HSE performance across construction, installation and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors
- Plan resources and capacities to meet objectives
- Provide regular reports to internal/external stakeholders and client on-site
- Drive continuous improvement of site processes, workflows and safety culture
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, Architecture or comparable qualification
- Extensive senior construction management experience in EPCM industrial or high-tech projects
- Solid understanding of international contract standards (FIDIC, RIBA, HOA, AHO, VOB) and risk management methods
- Fluent in English; German, Dutch or French advantageous
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Full flexibility to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe
