Overview
In this role, you will help clients transform R&D, engineering, and NPD capabilities through PLM and digital transformation initiatives. You’ll work within the Product Engineering & Servicing practice to design end-to-end processes, gather and translate requirements, and support architecture, testing, and adoption. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive innovative, scalable PLM solutions. This is a client-facing, multi-disciplinary track with opportunities in strategy, consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership. You will engage with leading industries to accelerate product innovation and engineering excellence.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advise on Engineering, PLM, and Digital Transformation strategies
- Design and improve end-to-end R&D, Engineering and NPD processes
- Gather business requirements and translate into scalable solution designs
- Support solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using PLM and Engineering technologies
- Stay updated on market innovations and help clients adopt emerging capabilities
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in PLM, Engineering, Product Development, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing or related domains
- Experience supporting process transformation, system implementation or digital transformation initiatives
- Understanding of product development, engineering change management, product data management, or manufacturing processes
- Experience engaging with business and technical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in consulting, engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments
- Knowledge of SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM solutions (advantage)
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
