About the role:
As a Recruitment Partner, your mission is to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent to support our innovation and strategic growth. You will lead and manage a best-in-class recruitment process that balances speed, quality, and candidate experience. You bridge the gap between the company and candidates, making sure both sides are heard and understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, primarily in R&D.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define scorecards, role requirements, and recruitment strategies that lead to first-time right hires.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for key R&D positions.
- Introduce innovative sourcing techniques to attract hard-to-reach, high-quality candidates.
- Facilitate transparent and regular communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust throughout the hiring process.
