Overview
In this role, you will lead the site quality organization for large-scale industrial projects in sectors like semiconductor manufacturing and life sciences. You’ll ensure the Construction Quality Management Plan is implemented on site and that inspection and test plans meet contractual and normative requirements. You work with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain compliance with EU standards and safety regulations, driving continuous quality improvements. This role offers on-site, EU-wide opportunities with a focus on shaping high-tech facilities and processes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Establish and lead the site quality organization and maintain the Construction Quality Management Plan
- Prepare, review and manage inspection and test plans aligned with contractual, statutory and normative requirements
- Ensure implementation of Quality Management plans including FATs and SATs and supervise executing contractors
- Oversee construction-wide quality documentation, conduct quality checks and coordinate experts
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, EU standards, and occupational health & safety legislation
- Continuously improve site quality processes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in quality management for large-scale high-tech or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods in civil works, steel structures, piping and mechanical equipment
- Confident handling of drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and technical documentation
- Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
