Senior Security Engineer

As a Senior Security Engineer, you are a real team player who will be delivering high-quality IT security solutions and information based on business requirements. You will be responsible for the high quality and timely delivery of new or changed IT security solutions and project results.

Day To Day

• Leading and scaling effective enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions
• Leading and scaling effective enterprise Data and System Protection solutions
• Can create the vision and make it happen
• Researching & introducing technology products to fulfill security needs; members, SOC and Global Information Security are your main customers
• Developing automation capabilities to accommodate streamlined provisioning and reporting
• Managing technical requirements and delivering features to infrastructure and application teams
• Creating and refining adaptable and scalable (enterprise-wide) processes
• Providing technical direction and guidance to your team and other stakeholders

Essentials

• Broad experience in the Identity Governance & Administration, Data & System Protection discipline
• Ability to define sustainable IT security services, the strategy to get there, and drive implementation of these services
• Track record of successfully executing projects in collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to create and refine processes that are adaptable and scalable for deployment enterprise-wide, preferably using Lean concepts
• Experience developing services using an Agile methodology
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Customer-focused
• 7+ years in the cybersecurity
