Verantwoordelijkheden
- Coordinate the SOX control testing program and serve as primary contact for process owners and external auditor
- Execute SOX testing procedures (design & operating effectiveness, remediation, roll-forward) across locations under SOX Manager supervision
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and Finance stakeholders
- Communicate control deficiencies clearly to management and stakeholders
- Track, monitor and report overall SOX assessment status and findings to DAF Senior Management and PACCAR Internal Audit
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, including guest auditor activities
- Report to the SOX Manager and coach less experienced SOX Auditor(s)
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or internal audit with SOX 404 compliance
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance and/or business economics
- CPA (Dutch RA), CA, CIA, or ACCA is highly desirable
- Independent, pro-active, and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder interaction and project management capabilities
- Ability to travel occasionally (10% – 15%)
