The position focuses on procurement activities for technical maintenance and industrial gases within the dynamic environment of ASML.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving procurement processes through tendering, competitive bidding, negotiation, and benchmarking to secure the best value for ASML.
- Representing the NPR (Non-Product Related) Sourcing Lead for Technical Maintenance and Industrial Gases in procurement activities under CRE (Corporate Real Estate), leading sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contracting using ASML standard tools like Ariba E-sourcing.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, focusing on quality improvement, risk mitigation, and cost reduction in collaboration with CRE.
- Participating in business review meetings and evaluating supplier performance with CRE.
- Handling procurement activities in other facility domains such as soft services, access, and mobility.
- Interfacing with CRE, Finance, and Legal departments.
Qualifications:
- A technical Bachelor or Master’s degree with procurement experience or related courses.
- At least 5 years of experience managing procurement in a production environment.
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
- Technical background with in-depth knowledge of supply markets and cost structures.
Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, ownership of tasks, effective communication at all levels, and a result-oriented mindset. Ability to challenge and negotiate with suppliers based on technical knowledge. Team player who fosters commitment and partnership, with influencing skills without authority. Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and focusing on results.
